At first sight, it looks like a super cool, modern and pricey condominium building with exposed roof pool and two gigantic i mean huge, pool side TV's. Truth be told its a super cool, modern and affordable family friendly resort that also offers units for rent! The lobby makes you feel like you're right on South Beach with its wispy white drapes and modern leather furniture. after your no fuss check in you valet your car yes, complimentary valet, need your car? its no biggie, just shoot a text to the valet number make your way down and waa laa its waiting for you!
This property has friendly staff from the room service attendants, front desk agents and valet, everyone is always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasure. Another must when traveling with your family or even if you're solo, you want to feel safe, Nuvo is big on security, to summon an elevator first you need your room key to let you into the elevator lobby, to get onto the pool deck, your room key is needed and to get a pool towel, yep! you guessed it, room key, which is awesome in my opinion, it ensures that hotel guests are the only ones occupying accommodations and the pool towels aren't being abused so there is always a warm fluffy towel waiting for you.
The Suites are sweet!! Spectacular, Nothing like anything I've ever experienced from an affordable, family friendly hotel. I'm talking full kitchens, complete with dish washers and get this , washer and dryers! Yes! No more returning home with dirty clothes! Nuvo suites is making Mondays great again! ok, so back to the room, our suite had the best view of the pool which i will get to later. There was a TV and a dining area with a table big enough for a family of four to dine together and giving you the potential to save some money by ordering in or cooking for yourself. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots ,pants, cups, flatware, you name it, its got it. You feel like you're right at home.
If you're traveling with kids who kick and trash in their sleep, some of the suites offer pull out couches with temper-pedic type mattresses, very comfortable , not your typical pull out couch. if your suite doesn't have a couch, don't panic, they have roll away beds that are just as comfortable. We are a family that likes to keep it cool at night and the central A/C kept us all at the perfect temperature at night. Its all about Location, Location, Location and Nuvo suites has it, Its just a quick jump off the turnpike, so no fighting that loco Miami traffic and when you stay at NUVO suites you're close to tons of things to do you don't even have to drive, lots of eateries and even the International mall all right across the street! Dolphin mall, A true shoppers paradise which has a movie theater and even a Dave & Busters is within walking distance.
After a little shopping, head back to Nuvo and lay by the pool! It is large, clean and offers pool side bar and dining, Large umbrellas beckon you into the shade which was perfect for our baby, letting her hang a little longer. You can spend the day here with no problem or complaint from the kids. Deck games like ping pong and arcade basketball and even a basketball hoop in the pool! My eight year old was fully occupied and quickly made friends with other kids his age, giving me some woo saa time, as a mom anything that can hold my kids attention and doesn't involve a screen of any kind is so very appreciated. They have a gym right off of the pool area and these enormous TV's are truly what set this property far apart from any other, this is the perfect pool to watch the big game at!
