Exploring Sugden Regional Park

Walking path, fishing, sailing, skiing, butterfly garden and more!

By Kelly J Suarez, Publisher of Macaroni Kid Naples, FL May 14, 2021

We explored Sugden Regional Park, located in Avalon Drive Naples.

It’s a water front park with a fresh water beach with great views, peaceful environments and full of activities to do with the family.

In this park you will find paddle boat rentals, walking path, picnic areas, sailing and skiing center, playground (with those swings that you can sit with your kid and swing at the same time), lakeside beach, ducks, fresh air everywhere and restrooms.

Open everyday 8am to sunset. You also will find a butterfly garden, perfect spot for taking cute pictures and observe butterflies in their habitat.

If you are IN to explore this park... pack snacks, water and a pair of shoes! Walking the lake takes only 30 minutes, it has a view that you and your kids are going to keep forever. There is people fishing, paddling, exercising, kids playing and families gathering and just being happy. Let the kids explore and enjoy nature.
